About the role: We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Social Media Chat Support Intern to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across social media platforms, responding to queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to address customer issues efficiently. Specifically, this role will involve: ● Managing and responding to customer queries received through social media platforms and chat channels. ● Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies. ● Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the relevant teams when required. ● Maintaining professional, timely, and empathetic communication with clients. ● Tracking, documenting, and following up on customer concerns until resolution. ● Coordinating with internal departments to ensure effective problem-solving. ● Monitoring social media messages, comments, and customer interactions. ● Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through quality support.
