Rheobase Physio Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and professional Front Office Officer to be the first point of contact for our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately
- Maintain front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling correspondence
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with physios to support administrative tasks
- Handle basic office administration duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment
- Professional appearance and attitude
