Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver theory and practical sessions in Child Health Nursing (Paediatrics)
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
- Supervise students during clinical postings and practical exams
- Mentor and guide students in projects, seminars, and research
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty meetings
- Ensure compliance with INC and university norms
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc in Child Health Nursing / Paediatric Nursing from a recognized institution
- Must be registered with the State Nursing Council
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Excellent communication and student engagement abilities
- Commitment to academic and professional growth
- Familiarity with nursing education standards and curriculum.
