Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, and online research.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities for IT services.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team to achieve targets.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools and databases.
- Support the team in market research and competitor analysis.
- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients for senior sales representatives.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and online research tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
