Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Manager / Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production, installation coordination, vendor handling, site execution, and team management for signage projects. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, practical problem-solving ability, and experience handling field operations and production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of signage fabrication and installation projects
- Coordinate with production teams, fabricators, installers, and vendors
- Plan and monitor project timelines to ensure timely execution
- Supervise on-site installation activities and ensure quality standards
- Handle manpower allocation and workforce scheduling
- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and execution status
- Ensure smooth dispatch, logistics, and material movement
- Monitor inventory and material requirements for ongoing projects
- Maintain safety standards at factory and site locations
- Resolve operational issues and ensure minimum project delays
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
- Work closely with sales and design teams for project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant operational experience
- Experience in signage, fabrication, interiors, branding, retail, e-commerce, supply chain or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and vendor management skills
- Basic knowledge of fabrication materials, ACP, LED signage, and branding installations is preferred
- Comfortable with field visits and site supervision
- Proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp coordination, and basic reporting
