Position: Legal Intern / Junior Advocate

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Legal Intern / Junior Advocate to join our legal practice. This opportunity is ideal for LLB students seeking practical legal exposure under an Advocate, as well as junior advocates looking to build their litigation and legal drafting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and case law analysis.
- Draft legal notices, applications, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Prepare case files and maintain legal records.
- Attend court proceedings with the Advocate, when required.
- Coordinate with clients and follow up on case-related matters.
- Assist with filing, documentation, and other day-to-day legal work.
- Support the Advocate in litigation and advisory matters.
Eligibility
- LLB (Running) students are eligible to apply.
- Candidates interested in pursuing an internship under an Advocate.
- 1–2 years of relevant legal experience will be preferred (not mandatory for interns).
- Good legal drafting and research skills.
- Basic knowledge of court procedures and legal documentation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Salary
₹5,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience, skills, and performance)
