Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT/BMLT)

Requirements:
✅ DMLT / BMLT
✅ 2–3 years' experience in a diagnostic laboratory
✅ Hands-on experience with fully automated analyzers
✅ Phlebotomy & sample processing
✅ QC, calibration & analyzer maintenance
✅ LIS / barcode operation
✅ Knowledge of NABL SOPs preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunoassay, Electrolyte & Urine analyzers
- Collect and process patient samples
- Perform QC, calibration & routine maintenance
- Maintain laboratory documentation and quality standards
