We are looking for an Architect with strong knowledge of UDCPR regulations to prepare architectural drawings, sanction plans, and coordinate approvals. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and have experience in residential/commercial projects.
- Good knowledge of UDCPR, NBC, and approval processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp preferred)
- Experience in sanction drawings and consultant coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kiwale, Pune, Maharashtra
