Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Manage office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional attitude and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of administrative experience may apply.
