Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive – Mutual Funds to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, promoting Mutual Fund investment solutions, and achieving sales targets through both field and office-based activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Acquire new clients for Mutual Fund investments and SIP registrations.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their investment requirements.
- Explain Mutual Fund products and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business.
- Achieve monthly sales and AUM mobilization targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding and transaction processing.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, and CRM records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Mutual Fund, Banking, Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales practices, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- NISM Series V-A Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
