Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage the company's accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, GST, TDS, inventory accounting, and financial reporting, preferably in a retail or trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and books of accounts.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Generate invoices and maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Handle inventory accounting for new and used computers, laptops, accessories, and spare parts.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Process vendor payments and monitor customer collections.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements, if required.
- Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a computer, electronics, or retail trading business will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Familiarity with billing software and ERP systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Schedule:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
