Front Office Administrator
Location: The Indian Public School, Tatabad, Coimbatore
Role Summary
The Front Office Administrator is the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors. The role is responsible for managing the front office and supporting the school's admissions process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and admission enquiries.
- Manage the reception desk and visitor records.
- Provide information about the school, curriculum, and admission process.
- Guide parents through the admission and enrollment process.
- Schedule school tours, admission assessments, and meetings.
- Maintain admission records and student documents.
- Follow up with prospective parents to support admissions.
- Prepare basic admission reports and maintain databases.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for student onboarding.
- Perform general administrative and front office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, administration, or admissions (school experience preferred).
Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
