We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Project Engineer to lead our
real estate development at site. In this role, you will direct the
end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale residential/commercial projects,
preferably, from construction / on site coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Direct the end-to-end construction lifecycle,
- ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to premium quality standards.
- Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction work, including
- excavation, RCC (brickwork, plastering, and finishing works.
- Quality Control: Check building materials and completed work to make
- sure they meet high standards and project rules.
- Team Coordination: Direct workers, daily labor, and subcontractors,
- and talk with project managers or architects about progress.
- Safety Enforcement: Make sure all workers wear safety gear and
- follow health rules on site.
- Reporting: Write daily and weekly progress reports, keep records of
- measurements, and help check contractor bills
- Risk Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks and
- implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
- Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in real estate
- development
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of construction methodologies,
- structural designs, and local building codes.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in project management tools (e.g.,
- MS Project, Primavera) and financial tracking software.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and
- conflict resolution abilities.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
