As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business needs. The Integration Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the technology implemented effectively supports the client s strategic objectives and operational goals, fostering seamless integration across systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration strategies with business goals.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions within complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple integration tasks and prioritize effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware technologies relevant to Oracle Utilities platforms.
Additional Information:
