The ideal candidate will have strong experience in school leadership, academic administration, CBSE or Matriculation curriculum management, faculty development, and student performance improvement.
This leadership role is ideal for experienced Principals, Vice Principals, Academic Coordinators, and School Administrators looking to lead a reputed institution and build high academic standards aligned with Central Board of Secondary Education and Tamil Nadu State Board of School Education.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Lead curriculum implementation and academic planning aligned with CBSE and Matriculation standards.
- Monitor classroom teaching quality and ensure strong student learning outcomes.
School Administration
- Oversee daily school operations including academics, discipline, administration, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with board regulations and institutional policies.
Faculty Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and academic staff.
- Promote a high-performance teaching culture and professional development.
Student Performance
- Monitor student academic progress and board examination results.
- Implement strategies to improve student achievement and holistic development.
Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong communication with parents and community stakeholders.
- Represent the school in academic and community initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Master’s Degree (M.A / M.Sc / M.Com) with B.Ed / M.Ed.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in the education sector.
- Minimum 2–5 years experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Head / School Administrator.
Age Limit
- Candidates up to 45 years preferred.
