Job Description:
Greet customers and understand their requirements
- Assist customers in selecting products and explain features clearly
- Maintain product display and store cleanliness
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle billing and support daily store operations
- Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth sales flow
Requirements:
- Basic communication skills
- Interest in retail sales and customer handling
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
- Freshers can apply; prior retail experience is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
