We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to develop innovative architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Create 3D models and renderings for project visualization.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Participate in site visits and coordinate with execution teams.
- Review and revise designs based on client requirements and project needs.
- Assist in material selection and project documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software
✔ Strong knowledge of architectural planning and detailing
✔ Good understanding of construction materials and methods
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Creative thinking with strong problem-solving ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
