Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, processing data, preparing reports, and providing operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Verify, organize, and maintain records and files.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle email correspondence and respond to internal queries.
- Process documents, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure all records are updated and error-free.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in a back office or administrative role (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Fast typing and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
