- Prepare authentic North Indian dishes such as curries, gravies, kebabs, breads, tandoori items, and snacks as per standard recipes.
- Maintain taste consistency, food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
- Handle mise en place, food preparation, stock rotation, and proper storage of raw materials.
- Monitor food cost, minimise wastage, and ensure timely service during buffet and à la carte operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen team and follow safety standards, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
