About the Role
Purplle is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and beauty-passionate individuals to join our retail team as Beauty Advisers in Trivandrum. The role involves helping customers discover the right skincare, makeup, haircare, and personal care products while delivering an exceptional shopping experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, makeup, and haircare products.
- Demonstrate product usage, application techniques, and benefits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and new product launches.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and product displays.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and industry developments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Higher Secondary or above.
- Experience in retail, cosmetics, skincare, salon, or beauty sales is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in beauty and customer service may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + Benefits (depending on experience and performance).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
