Business Development Associate
Location: Kolkata
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, persistent, and passionate about acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop innovative strategies to acquire and engage new customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Consistently follow up and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 2–3 years of sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly persistent and resilient; does not get discouraged by rejection.
- Ability to think creatively and develop new client acquisition strategies.
- Self-learner with a growth mindset and willingness to continuously improve.
- Target-driven, energetic, and capable of working independently.
