Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided database.
- Explain the company's products, services, and programs effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM or Excel.
- Meet daily call, follow-up, and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English and the local language.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
