Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, MIS Reporting, and Financial Reporting. Candidates with experience in the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare and post Journal Entries, General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements and management reports.
- Generate MIS Reports and support management with financial analysis.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts while maintaining proper documentation.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Assist in Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, and Tax Audits.
- Monitor Cash Flow, expenses, and budgets to ensure effective financial control.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on finance-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain Inventory Accounting records and support stock reconciliation where applicable.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, ERP Software, and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
