Position: Industrial Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage industrial construction projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Plan, organize, and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower deployment, and resource planning.
- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with NPCIL safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress review meetings, and risk assessments.
- Prepare, verify, and submit client RA bills (Running Account Bills), subcontractor bills, quantity measurements, and work completion reports.
- Coordinate with the billing, planning, and accounts teams to ensure timely certification, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
- Monitor project costs, billing progress, and cash flow to support the financial performance of the project.
- Manage project documentation, reports, billing records, and client correspondence.
- Resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues affecting project execution.
- Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, Planning, and Procurement departments for seamless project execution.
- Ensure quality workmanship while maintaining project cost and schedule targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in industrial construction or EPC projects.
- Experience in Nuclear Power, Power Plants, Refineries, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industrial, or Infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, project billing, budgeting, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and billing/project management software is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
