Job Summary
Job Title : Business Consultant (E-Commerce)
Qualification : BBA / MBA
Experience: 1 - 2years of experience in B-School Process Training / Product Promotion / Product Training / Ed Tech / B2C Sales.
Job Requirements: Excellent communication in English with strong presentation skills and an intermediate level of communication in Hindi are required. Should have good skill in convincing & negotiations.
Other skills: Proficiency in MS Office and other social media business communication tools.
Job Description:
- Lead Processing: Processing of assigned leads through Voice & data by applicable channels being guided by the reporting manager.
- Updation : Proper updating of lead status in ERP.
- Counselling: To provide proper counselling based on the prospect’s requirement by assessing their background, objectives and career aspirations.
- Enrolment support: To provide necessary guidance & support through out the enrolment process and completion of admission. Also to ensure that all necessary required documents ae collected.
- Connect with the prospect: To connect with the prospect / student throughout the tenure of the course by taking the ownership of prospect.
- Brand building: Act as an ambassador for the brand / customer /organization.
- To understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth.
