Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Electronics & Communication Engineer with strong
knowledge of KiCad PCB Design and embedded electronics. The candidate will be responsible
for designing PCB boards for our robotics projects while also conducting engaging robotics and
electronics sessions for school students.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both engineering design and teaching.
Key Responsibilities
PCB Design & Electronic
Design schematic diagrams and multi-layer PCB layouts using KiCad.
Develop custom PCB boards for robotics, IoT, and STEM learning kits.
Select electronic components and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
Prototype, test, troubleshoot, and optimize PCB designs.
Work with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, sensors, motors, and communication
modules.
Coordinate with PCB manufacturers for fabrication and assembly.
Robotics Training
Conduct practical Robotics, Electronics, and STEM sessions for students from Grades
3–10.
Explain electronics concepts in an interactive and easy-to-understand manner.
Guide students in building robotics and embedded systems projects.
Support students during competitions, exhibitions, and innovation challenges.
Maintain robotics kits and laboratory equipment.
Research & Development
Develop new robotics projects and STEM activities.
Design innovative educational products and electronics kits.
Create technical documentation, project manuals, and training content.
Stay updated with emerging technologies in Robotics, AI, and IoT.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of KiCad for PCB schematic capture and layout design.
Good understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
Experience with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and embedded systems.
Understanding of sensors, motors, actuators, and communication protocols (UART, I2C,
SPI).
Basic soldering, debugging, and hardware troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or related field.
Freshers with strong PCB design skills are welcome.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in PCB design, embedded systems, or
robotics will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with IoT projects.
Knowledge of Python or Embedded C.
Experience with 3D printing and CAD tools is an added advantage.
Experience in robotics competitions or STEM education is a plus.
