Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and courses
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Make approximately 150 calls per day
- Explain course features, benefits, and admission processes
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective counselling
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Support the admission and enrollment process
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents
- Goal-oriented and target-driven approach
- Ability to handle objections and follow-ups professionally

- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
