The HR Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting the complete employee lifecycle for the assigned interventions. The role involves coordinating hiring activities, onboarding, employee documentation, probation management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and exit processes while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and timelines. The incumbent will act as a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, contributing to a positive employee experience and efficient HR operations.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding, ensuring timely closure of positions within defined TATs.

Coordinate all pre-joining and post-joining formalities, including document collection, verification, and employee record maintenance.

Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs to ensure effective integration of new employees into the organization.

Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including probation reviews, confirmations, extensions, transfers, promotions, and exits.

Prepare and issue HR-related letters and documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, extension letters, experience letters, and other employment-related communications.

Ensure proper documentation, acknowledgements, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Support implementation of HR initiatives, including performance management, annual appraisals, learning and development programs, employee engagement activities, and HR interventions.

Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances through timely resolution and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Organize and conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth completion of employee separation processes.

Collaborate with hiring managers, intervention heads, recruitment partners, and internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and hiring requirements.

Support campus recruitment drives, HR projects, and special assignments as required.

Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling employee information and HR records.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management Studies, or a related discipline (BBA/BMS preferred).

Full-time qualification preferred.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Experience in employee lifecycle management, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Experience with HRMS platforms and recruitment portals will be an added advantage.
