Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review price requests and technical information related to goods, equipment, and services in order to request additional information, if necessary, and propose alternatives;
- Analyze proposals for the procurement of goods, equipment, and services based on three key parameters: price, o delivery time, and payment terms;
- Enter purchase orders for goods, equipment, and services into SAP in order to send them to the respective suppliers and service providers;
- Ensure the management and planning of the entire procurement process for goods, equipment, and services, including waybills, freight forwarders, letters, and customs declarations, as well as import and export documentary credits,
- Taking into account national and international legislation in the regions where they operate, in order to comply with all legal requirements and delivery deadlines;
- Ensure domestic and international logistics processes from pickup to on-site delivery, to guarantee the timely delivery of goods, equipment, and services at the lowest prices;
- Compile all national and international documentation, from invoices to waybills and customs documentation, among others, in order to comply with all national and international legislation for the delivery of goods, equipment, and services to the job site;
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, Project Managers, and Site Managers regarding the provision of funds for shipping and customs clearance expenses, as well as the associated documentation to ensure;
- Ensure and verify that prepayments are made in accordance with the terms of the contract; monitor and coordinate with business units and the finance department to ensure compliance with all other conditions, in order to control procurement costs;
- Work with Compliance to ensure adherence to ongoing programs;
- Adopt behaviors and attitudes aligned with the organization’s values to achieve the company’s mission and vision;
Qualification: Degree in business administration or similar
Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
