We are looking for a Caller / Indiamart Portal Executive to manage customer inquiries and generate leads through Indiamart. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in handling Indiamart portal.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and inquiries from Indiamart portal.
- Call and connect with potential customers to explain products and services.
- Maintain records of customer communication and follow-ups.
- Share quotations and coordinate with the sales team for order closure.
- Ensure timely responses to all Indiamart messages and calls.
Requirements:
- Experience in telecalling / customer support preferred.
- Knowledge of using Indiamart portal (mandatory).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary:
₹11,000 – ₹19,000 per month (depending on experience)
