Role Overview
We are looking for a Portfolio Leader – Engagements to own end-to-end delivery, strategy, and growth for a portfolio of engagements at iQuanti spanning performance marketing, analytics, experience optimization, and creative services.
This role goes beyond delivery — it requires someone who can partner with clients on strategy, drive high-quality execution across multiple engagements, and build a scalable, high-performing global delivery team.
You will work closely with Engagement Leads (ELs), Engagement Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and client stakeholders, acting as a senior sponsor across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management & Strategy
Act as a senior client partner and co-sponsor across all portfolio accounts
Drive strategic direction aligned to client business goals across marketing, analytics, experience, and creative engagements
Build strong executive-level relationships and trust with client teams
Guide ELs on stakeholder management, storytelling, and delivery leadership
2. Delivery Excellence & Portfolio Governance
Provide strategic oversight across all accounts; own escalations and unblock critical issues
Monitor portfolio health (Revenue, CSAT, delivery quality, risks) and drive corrective actions
Ensure adherence to delivery governance frameworks (quality reviews, milestone completion, risk tracking)
Lead portfolio-level governance (reviews, QBRs, risk forums) and ensure closure of actions
Standardize delivery processes and drive consistency across teams
Partner with Capability Leads, AI Team, and Engagement Operations to bring innovation into delivery
3. P&L Ownership & Operational Excellence
Own P&L for the portfolio
Track and optimize key metrics: revenue, margin, utilization, Revenue/FTE
Partner with AI and Capability teams for efficiency and innovation.
Drive profitability while maintaining delivery quality and client satisfaction
4. People, Talent & Culture
Build and scale high-performing global delivery teams
Define and execute talent strategy (hiring, skill development, retention)
Mentor and coach team members; drive performance management
Create a strong delivery culture focused on ownership, quality, and accountability
Ensure high employee engagement (ESAT)
Success Metrics
Revenue retention and high client satisfaction (CSAT)
Consistent delivery of projects with quality, timelines, and performance outcomes
Portfolio profitability (margin, Rev/FTE)
Strong team engagement and retention (ESAT)
Scalable and mature delivery practices across the portfolio
Required Expertise
Proven experience leading delivery across multiple projects and accounts, with strong ownership of execution, quality, and outcomes
Experience leading strategy and execution of performance marketing programs for global clients, including managing cross-market initiatives and stakeholders.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders; acts as a two-way bridge between client and execution teams — guiding internal teams while effectively articulating performance and recommendations to clients.
Strong understanding across one or more of the following areas:
Experience building and managing teams of 20+ members. Strong in coaching, performance management, and culture building.
Performance marketing and media
Analytics and data-driven decisioning
Experience optimization (CRO, personalization)
Creative and content production ecosystems
Familiarity with MarTech and digital platforms is a plus
