Title: Business Development Manager (MENA Region)

OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive market expansion across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. The role involves developing new markets, appointing distributors, and strengthening the company’s presence in international territories. The position is based in Mumbai with frequent international travel.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive business development and market expansion across the MENA region.
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint distributors/partners in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for assigned regions.
- Travel extensively across MENA countries for business development, partner meetings, and market visits.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders and operations.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare regular reports on market insights, sales performance, and business opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in handling MENA markets is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, distributor networks, and regional business practices.
- Proven track record in market development and distributor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth initiatives.
- Willingness to travel frequently across international markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
