Scan and process items accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Calculate and communicate total bills to customers, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment in compliance with company policies.
Provide assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, prices, and promotions.
Ensure that the billing area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
+2,diploma or Degree.
Proven experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
