AIM English is a leading Cambridge English preparation centre dedicated to helping learners—both adults and children—enhance their language proficiency, communication skills, and confidence. We are expanding and looking for a passionate English Instructor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Spoken English, Grammar, Communication Skills, and Cambridge English modules to both adults and kids
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to learner levels
- Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and track student progress
- Manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Prepare students for exams like Cambridge English, IELTS, PTE
- Maintain attendance, records, and lesson plans
- Support the centre with academic activities, demos, and student counselling when needed

Requirements
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred (Spoken English / Cambridge English / School English)
- Ability to teach both kids and adults
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Good presentation skills and a friendly, student-focused approach
- Willingness to work on weekends (Sunday is a working day)
- Comfort with basic technology (Zoom, Google Sheets, PPTs, etc.)
