Position: Business Development Manager – Banking
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through field sales in banking, finance, insurance, loans, and credit card products.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting financial products and services.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings, and presentations to generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of field sales experience in banking, finance, insurance, loan sales, or credit card sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of financial products and local market dynamics in Coimbatore.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
