Department: Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store all food, beverage, and restaurant supplies.
- Maintain stock records, inventory reports, and daily stock movements.
- Issue materials to kitchen and service departments as per requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Generate and manage KOTs accurately through the POS system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and storage standards.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant stores or KOT operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and record keeping.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Preferred: Experience in Lebanese, Mughlai, Arabic, or multi-cuisine restaurants.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
