We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Telecaller to join our team at BSOS Store. This role is ideal for someone who understands customer communication, sales follow-ups, and lead handling professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and WhatsApp
- Follow up with leads from Instagram, Meta Ads, and online inquiries
- Explain products, offers, pricing, and order details clearly
- Build trust with customers and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain proper follow-up records and customer communication
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in telecalling / sales preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident speaking and customer handling skills
- Positive attitude and sales-oriented mindset
