Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Senior Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and support them throughout the admission journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counseling skills, a passion for helping students achieve their career goals, and a proven ability to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and regular follow-up.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build long-term relationships with students and provide excellent post-admission support.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in Academic Counseling, EdTech, Education, or Inside Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, counseling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
