- Blended Process (Chat + Voice)
Salary Package
- ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Salary will be based on interview performance
Shift Details
- Rotational Shifts
- Drop Facility Available
- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Week Off
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls and/or chat
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
- Escalate issues when required
