Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant Manager to oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations related to our Amazon business. The role involves handling reconciliation, compliance, reporting, and financial analysis for Amazon sales, returns, and payouts. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, expertise in e-commerce accounting, and the ability to lead a small accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor Amazon seller account transactions, including sales, returns, refunds, commissions, and charges.
- Perform periodic reconciliation of Amazon statements with internal books of accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance for e-commerce operations.
- Oversee invoicing, credit notes, and debit notes related to Amazon sales.
- Maintain accurate records of settlements, deductions, and claims from Amazon.
- Prepare monthly P&L reports, MIS, and cash flow statements for management review.
- Handle inventory accounting and coordinate with warehouse & operations teams for stock movement.
- Support audits, tax filings, and financial reviews with proper documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve payment issues, and coordinate with Amazon support if required.
- Supervise and guide a team of junior accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist management with financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis of Amazon operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
