The General Manager – Sales leads the residential or commercial sales division to maximize revenue and market share. This role is responsible for driving property liquidations, building high-performing sales teams, and managing strategic broker channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Targets: Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume benchmarks.
- Channel Management: Expands and manages networks of real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Sales Strategy: Designs aggressive micro-market pricing, payment plans, and inventory liquidation tactics.
- Lead Conversion: Drives the entire sales funnel from initial inquiry to final registration.
- Market Intelligence: Analyzes competitor pricing, new launches, and consumer real estate trends.
- Customer Experience: Ensures seamless post-booking journeys and timely payment collections.
- Team Leadership: Recruits, coaches, and tracks performance metrics of frontline sales managers.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Marketing or Sales is highly preferred.
- Experience: 12+ years in real estate sales (luxury residential, commercial, or townships).
- Compliance: Strong working knowledge of local RERA rules and property registration laws.
- Skills: Elite negotiation, high-value deal closing, CRM tracking, and corporate presentation.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
