About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive and execution-driven Marketing Strategist & Executive who can think strategically and personally drive marketing initiatives from idea to execution.
This is not a digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who can understand the business, identify opportunities, create strong marketing strategies, build partnerships and actively execute ideas on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute innovative brand and marketing strategies.
* Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, collaborations and business avenues.
* Plan and execute on-ground campaigns, brand activations, events and outreach initiatives.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify actionable insights.
* Build relationships with corporates, institutions, industry professionals, communities and potential partners.
* Create marketing concepts, proposals, presentations and execution plans.
* Coordinate with internal teams, creative partners, vendors and external stakeholders.
* Take ownership of campaigns from planning to execution and outcome analysis.
* Represent the company at meetings, events, networking forums and industry engagements.
What We Are Looking For
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, marketing strategy, partnerships, activations, events or offline marketing.
* Strong strategic, analytical and creative thinking abilities.
* Excellent communication, presentation, networking and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive individual who takes ownership and does not wait for constant instructions.
* Comfortable stepping out, meeting people, visiting locations and personally driving initiatives on the ground.
* Ability to convert ideas into practical, measurable marketing outcomes.
* Experience in media, entertainment, content, events, hospitality, lifestyle or startups will be an advantage.

This role is not for social media management, SEO, performance marketing or paid advertising.
We are looking for a strong marketing brain and an equally strong executor—someone who can develop a strategy, identify opportunities and then take the initiative to make things happen.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
