Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven and enthusiastic Sr.Academic Counsellor to guide students through the enrollment process and help them choose the right courses. This is a sales-focused role that involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their needs, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Sales
- Counsel students and working professionals via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions
Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Follow up consistently with prospects to close enrollments
- Maintain strong pipeline and conversion ratios
CRM & Reporting
- Update and manage student data in CRM systems
- Track daily calls, follow-ups, and conversion status
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Coordination
- Work closely with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
- Ensure a seamless admission experience for students
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil (Mandatory)
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of education industry (preferred)
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Working Details
- 6 Days Working (Week Off: 1 Day)
- Day Shift (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
