Develop and maintain relationships with corporates for placements, internships, and partnerships
Identify new companies and onboard them for recruitment drives.
Coordinate and manage campus drives, hiring events, and job fairs
Act as a single point of contact between companies and internal teams
Understand hiring requirements and align candidate profiles accordingly
Collaborate with training teams to ensure candidates meet industry expectations.
Negotiate terms of engagement, MoUs, and partnership agreements
Maintain a database of recruiters, job openings, and placement records
Track placement performance and generate reports
Represent the organization in corporate meetings, events, and networking forums
