Job Summary
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site.
- Monitor labor, subcontractors, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure construction work complies with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Manage material requirements and ensure timely availability.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide technical guidance to workers.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Verify measurements and quantities for completed work.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Experience in construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and site management practices.
