Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable IT Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students, fresh graduates, and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor learners through hands-on projects and industry-oriented training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver online training on IT technologies and programming languages.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and project-based learning.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments.
- Guide students on career development, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Develop and update training materials based on current market demands.
- Coordinate with the placement team to support student employability.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation.
- Mentor interns and fresh graduates throughout their learning journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an IT Trainer, Faculty, Software Developer, or Technical Mentor.
- Freshers with excellent technical knowledge and teaching skills are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
