Job Title: Education Loan Expert / Education Loan AdvisorJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced Education Loan Expert to assist students in securing education loans for studying abroad. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the complete loan process, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring timely loan approval to support visa and admission procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students and parents regarding education loan options for abroad studies
- Handle loan processing for countries like UK, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Australia, Malta, Dubai etc.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals
- Check student eligibility for secured and unsecured loans
- Assist in preparing and verifying loan documents
- Follow up with banks for fast approval and sanction letters
- Support students during visa filing by providing financial documents
- Maintain records of all loan cases in CRM / Excel
- Build relationships with bank managers and loan agents
- Provide updates to counselling and documentation team
Required Skills
- Knowledge of education loan process for abroad studies
- Experience working with HDFC Credila, Avanse, ICICI, SBI, NBFC, etc.
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of visa financial requirements
- Ability to handle multiple cases at the same time
Qualification
- Any Degree / MBA / Finance / Commerce preferred
- Experience in Study Abroad / Education Loan / Banking / NBFC / Financial services
- Minimum 1–3 years experience preferred
