Job Title: Site In-charge
Experience: 0–2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor painting activities at project sites.
- Manage laborers, painters, and contractors to ensure quality work and timely completion.
- Maintain labor attendance and daily site progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper material usage and inventory control.
- Monitor paint application quality, surface preparation, and finishing standards.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Resolve day-to-day site and workforce-related issues.
Requirements:
- Candidates from Ahmedabad Required
- Fresher with diploma or bachelor in civil are welcome to apply
- 0–2 years of experience in site supervision.
- Experience in handling laborers and site operations.
- Basic knowledge of painting processes, surface preparation, and quality standards.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
