We are looking for a Bright Mind who Loves Technology, AI & Creating Things
This is not a conventional internship.
We are building a small Training & Innovation Lab in Thiruvananthapuram to develop young people into capable professionals who can work with modern business technology, AI and digital tools.
You will be one of the first two people building and eventually running this Lab.
We are looking for someone who is technically curious, creative and a fast learner — someone who enjoys figuring out how things work and finding better ways of doing things.
Your Role
During the initial four months, you will learn, experiment and build.
You will work with:
- AI tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Video creation and editing
- Reels, social media and digital content
- Digital marketing tools
- Websites, web applications and SaaS products
- NETIMPAKT and its various business applications
- Automation and productivity tools
- Online research and information gathering
- Creating training material and demonstrations
- Solving practical business and technology problems
- Training young team members to use these tools effectively
You will not be expected to know everything when you join.
Your ability and willingness to learn is more important than your existing qualifications.
We would particularly value someone who:
- Is genuinely interested in technology and AI
- Enjoys creating videos, graphics, presentations or digital content
- Is comfortable experimenting with new software
- Can learn new tools independently
- Has a problem-solving mindset
- Is willing to try, fail, learn and try again
- Can explain what they learn to another person
- Has good communication skills
- Thinks creatively rather than simply following instructions
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, video editing, social media, WordPress, websites, AI tools, Google tools or digital marketing will be an advantage — but is not essential.
The Bigger Opportunity
Over four months, you will be expected to move from learner → creator → trainer → responsible team member.
If you demonstrate the ability to take responsibility and successfully contribute to the Lab and NETIMPAKT, you will move into a Management Trainee position at ₹20,000 per month.
The long-term objective is for you to become one of the people capable of training and managing the young team and running the technology and creative side of the Lab.
If you are looking for a routine internship, this may not be for you.
