Narayana Group of Schools is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate Life Skills Trainer to inspire and empower students through engaging learning experiences. The ideal candidate will play a key role in nurturing essential life skills such as communication, confidence, emotional intelligence, teamwork, leadership, and social awareness among young learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive Life Skills sessions for students across different grade levels.
- Facilitate activities, role-plays, discussions, games, and experiential learning exercises to enhance student participation.
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with school objectives and student developmental needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Observe, assess, and monitor student participation, engagement, and progress.
- Collaborate with academic teams and coordinators to integrate life skills into regular learning.
- Maintain training records, prepare reports, and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders.
- Encourage confidence-building, effective communication, teamwork, and leadership among students.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, facilitation, public speaking, or student development is preferred.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with children and adolescents.
- Ability to conduct interactive and experiential learning sessions effectively.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to student growth and holistic development.
